I enjoy the products however, I have been unable to order from this company due to my orders getting cancelled immediately after purchase. I have switched credit and debit cards, addresses and even had my husband try to order for me and my order keeps getting cancelled. I spoke to customer support and they said the issue was with my bank however, my bank stated there was no issue on their end and it seems to be a problem with the company. I have contacted customer support and after taking days to respond they have not been helpful in resolving the issue. I am disappointed that there has been no resolution to this problem.
