I recently tried the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dewy Flush in the shade Berry Flush, and I’m excited to share my thoughts! As a 43-year-old skincare enthusiast who loves Glow Recipe products, I had high expectations – and this cheek flush did not disappoint.
First Impressions
The packaging is vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, consistent with Glow Recipe's fun, fruit-inspired branding.
Berry Flush is a warm, berry-plum hue that complements a variety of skin tones.
The applicator made it easy to dot the product on my cheeks without making a mess.
Application & Texture
The formula is incredibly lightweight and blends seamlessly into the skin.
I applied it using my fingers, which allowed for a natural, diffused look. It’s definitely buildable, so you can layer it for a more intense flush.
It has a dewy finish, perfect for a fresh, glowing complexion.
Performance
I noticed an immediate boost of hydration thanks to the hyaluronic acid and watermelon extract.
The 3% niacinamide visibly brightened my skin over time, which was a pleasant bonus.
Despite having slightly oily skin, the product didn’t feel greasy, nor did it emphasize my pores.
Longevity
The flush stayed put for most of the day without needing a touch-up. For extra longevity, I recommend setting it with a fine mist or translucent powder.
Skin Benefits
This cheek serum doubles as a skincare product, which I love.
Niacinamide helped brighten some dark spots on my cheeks while centella asiatica kept my skin…
