Shipping Rates For US

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $40 (not including promotions).

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed using DHL eCommerce. In some instances, USPS may be used based on location. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders (for orders under $40)

We also offer FedEx Express (3-4 business days), and FedEx 2nd Day Air at additional costs.

Note that orders with express shipping are still subject to our processing and handling time of 1-2 business days

We do ship to the Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico at the current time.

Shipping To Canada

Glow Recipe ships via Passport Shipping to Canada. This service includes all duties and VAT fees upfront at checkout. This also comes with a tracking number to trace your order.

Your shipping fee, inclusive of duties and VAT fees will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Shipping Internationally

We are also able to ship internationally. We currently ship via Passport Shipping to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Norway, The Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vietnam. This service takes up to 15 business days.

Your shipping fee, inclusive of duties and VAT fees will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or additional duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

• Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Glow Recipe is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
• Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Glow Recipe assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
• Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. US return shipping is free of charge and on us. Glow Recipe allows 30 day returns for all product with the exception of those listed below.* Please email love@glowrecipe.com and we will email you a label for free return shipping. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
• Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if they are unused and in its original packaging.
• Any Starter Kits, Box Sets, or Mystery Boxes are final sale and ineligible for return.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those packages that are shipped to Canada.
