Dew You Anonymous Open Casting Call

We believe that true beauty comes from within, which is why in 2023 we launched our first-ever anonymous casting. Your stories & passion blew us away and we can’t wait to hear from even more of our community by GLOWING GLOBAL!

We are expanding our search internationally by choosing passionate, diverse members from our Glow Gang community based solely on their personality and inner beauty with a new campaign twist. This year, each member will get the opportunity to share with the world what makes them glow- get ready with me style!

To highlight as many of our communities' stories as possible, we plan on taking DEW YOU on tour by opening applications to new regions each year. Our first stop? The US + EU!

How will you ensure this process is unbiased, but will also feature a diverse group of talent?

We’re passionate about celebrating all diverse forms of beauty and will be prioritizing diversity in our final selection, not traditional beauty standards.

To avoid possible bias, elements of the questionnaire marked with “*” will be hidden from the Glow Recipe team.

While the final 10 models that will be cast in the campaign will be chosen exclusively by the Glow Recipe team (without knowing what anyone looks like), the Diversity Advisory Board will review photos of the 30 semi-finalists to ensure that the final group chosen represents our diverse community of different cultural backgrounds, skin tones, skin concerns, and ages.

I know that Glow Recipe is all about celebrating real skin, and that you don’t retouch skin. Will that continue in this campaign?

Absolutely! We believe skin is beautiful in all of its stages, and want to highlight that in this campaign. We haven’t retouched skin in our imagery in over 5 years, and we will not be retouching skin for this campaign as well. Since we know our community loves to use Glow Recipe both within their skincare and makeup routines, we will be using makeup in some of the shoot looks.

Who is this casting opportunity available to?

Everyone 18 or older who is located in the continental United States or European Union and available to work in the United States or European Union is welcome to apply.

You don’t need any prior modeling experience (you just need to be comfortable in front of the camera, and speaking to the camera). We want to feature inner beauty, and models from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, skin tones, skin concerns, and ages in this campaign. I don’t have professional modeling experience. Am I still allowed to apply?

Absolutely! As long as you’re comfortable in front of the camera, and speaking to the camera, we’d love to have you apply! Professional experience is not required for this opportunity.

I am a professionally represented model. Am I still allowed to apply?

Yes, you are able to apply as long as you’re able to explore this opportunity individually, without your agency.

Will final talent be compensated for this opportunity?

Yes, of course! In addition to covering travel and lodging, we will be compensating each participating model for their time in the 1 day photo and video shoot.

Where will the images and videos from the shoot be used?

Images and videos from the shoot will be utilized on Glow Recipe and our retail partners’ website and social media pages, as well as in print advertising and merchandising.
