How do I sign up?

How many points do I earn when I make a purchase?
All tiers earn 1 point per $1 spent on glowrecipe.com.
After a purchase, when will I receive my points?
Your points will show as pending in your account until your order ships; most orders will ship within 48 hours, after which your points will be added into your account and available to redeem!
Do I get anything for signing up?
All members get 25 points for signing up & a free welcome gift with their first order placed as a member!
Do I get a birthday gift?
Yes! All members get a free birthday gift, you will receive an email on your birthday with a code to use at checkout.
What are some of the ways I can earn points?
You can start earning points as soon as you sign up for Club Glow Rewards! You’ll also earn points for purchases, signing up for our email list, taking our skin quiz, signing up for SMS, following us on social media, reading our blog & more!
Can I earn points for buying Glow Recipe in-store?
Yes! You can earn 1 point for every dollar spent at our authorized retail brick and mortar stores, made in the last 30 days (per the date on the receipt). You can upload your receipt above (or here) and our team will review and add the points to your account (if your purchase is accepted) within 7 days.
Please check that the store details, date & timestamp, barcode and line items on receipt are legible. We reserve the right to deny any receipt if not clear in photo and will ask you to reupload.
What can I redeem my points for?
Club Glow Rewards members can now redeem their points for free product, exclusive member bundles, Glow merchandise, coupons & more!
Do Club Glow members get any special perks?
Club Glow Rewards members get early access to our launches, exclusive promotions, exclusive products & more.
If I spend my points, will my tier status be affected?
No! The points you earn throughout the course of the calendar year will contribute toward your tier status. If you’ve accumulated the necessary points to reach a certain tier status within the calendar year, your tier status will be honored even if you choose to spend your points.
Do I need to buy something to be able to redeem a reward?
In order to redeem a reward (a free product, free shipping or a coupon) or redeem your welcome gift, you must have a minimum of (1) items in your cart.
