Nina’s Dry and Sensitive Skin-Care Routine
My mom got me into skincare at a really young age and always stressed how important it was. My skin is very dry and always has been. Over the last few years, it's also gotten quite sensitive - and unfortunately, I haven't been able to get to the bottom of what is causing my sensitivity. Luckily I've never been one to have bad breakouts - I might get one or two hormonal ones around my period, but that's pretty much it.
NINA'S MUST HAVES
BANANA SOUFFLÉ MOISTURE CREAM
Obsessed with this moisture cream, my skin soaks it up while I soak up the incredible smell - it reminds me of Banana Laffy Taffy. I love the way it layers under makeup, and it feels so soothing on my skin.
AVOCADO MELT RETINOL EYE SLEEPING MASK
I've never been "married" to an eye cream before, but I must say I am loving the results I am seeing with this one - it is incredibly moisturizing for my dry under eyes, the texture is beautifully rich without feeling too heavy on that delicate skin.
PAPAYA SORBET ENZYME CLEANSING BALM
A cleansing balm is a must-have in my routine because I always use them to remove my makeup before going in with a gel cleanser, but I also use them solo in the morning to give my skin an extra boost of moisture. The texture of this is soft and soothing, and melts into the skin seamlessly. I always take extra time to massage this into my skin morning or night, and it really makes me feel like I'm at the spa - for a minute or two.
